How safe are your bounce houses?
Bounce houses are safe as long as the rules are followed. As with any playground equipment, everyday bumps and bruises are possible. The main rule is parental supervision. Most incidents in this industry occur from unsupervised bouncers.
So grab a chair and watch your children entertain themselves for hours (and then sleep all night). We also do our part in reducing the possibility of injuries.
Safety is our number one concern.
All of our jump houses are equipped with:
· Secure double stitched safety netting keeping kids in bounce area
· Safe flame retardant 18 oz heavy duty PVC vinyl
· Safety step at entrance of jump house for safe entry and exit
We are also a member of Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization (www.sioto.com) and take pride in going the extra mile in ensuring safety.
All of our install technicians are properly trained and carry safety checklists, which are completed every time a bounce house is installed.

How clean are your bounce houses?
We are very aware of germs that live and breed in areas that are frequented by children. Therefore we clean and sanitize our jump houses at the end of each rental.

Am I able to set up an inflatable bounce houses on pavement or rocky areas?
Inflatable bounce houses can be set up on cement and pavement but not on rocky areas or areas with sharp objects.

How far in advance should you reserve a fun house?
We are more than willing to rent you a fun house several months in advance or an hour in advance however, the sooner you reserve, the more likely you are to secure the particular fun house you want and get the cheapest price available.

How can I reserve a bounce house today?

What forms of payment do you offer?
We accept cash, check, MasterCard, and Visa. We also accept Discover and American Express through PayPal. Checks require government identification (drivers license) and are subject to fees if returned for insufficient funds.

What are your policies for inclement weather?
Sometimes the weather puts a damper on plans. As long as it is not raining, thundering, or winds do not exceed 20mph we will deliver and set up our moonwalks. If you choose for us to come and we set up the moonwalk and payment is made, we DO NOT refund any charges. If you choose to cancel the moonwalk rental, we will be happy to work with you to reschedule your reservation with no cost or penalty. We will work with you the day of your moonwalk rental if threatening weather is present or approaching.

What’s up with the other moonwalk company on your intro page?
Jumping Js Bounce World.com is owned and operated by a friend of 20 years. We entered into the jump house rental industry at the same time and have an informal advertising partnership. Although it would appear that we would be direct competitors, they serve the southern sector of the Dallas metroplex and we (Fun Times) caters to customers that are needing services on the north side of town.

May I rent one of their jump houses through your company?
Possibly, we are two separate companies with separate non-related owners, but I can request a jump house from them if neccessary.

What if I do not have electricity within 50 feet?
No power, No problem, we have generators available for rent ask one of us for details.

What is your cancellation policy?
Easy, give us a call or send us an email. If you need to reschedule your reservation we will work with you to choose another day. We do request that you provide us with as much advance notice as possible. The sooner we know about the need to reschedule the more flexible we can be.
