No. The program can support an independent center, a growing childcare group, or an organization coordinating events across several locations.
Do we have to commit to every location or every event?
No. A partnership can begin with one location or one event. We can expand the relationship only when it makes sense for your organization.
What is included in the Preferred Partner Information Packet?
The packet can include a COI, W-9, business information, safety and operational details, setup requirements, and other documentation requested during your vendor approval process.
Can you help us plan recurring events?
Yes. We can discuss your annual calendar, expected attendance, age groups, available space, and event goals so planning becomes easier from one event to the next.
Does joining the program require a long-term contract?
No long-term commitment is assumed by this page. Any event terms, pricing, or organizational agreement would be discussed clearly before services are scheduled.
