School carnivals can work indoors or outdoors when the attractions fit the available dimensions, surface and access route. We regularly set up on grass, concrete or asphalt, artificial turf and inside gyms. We do not set inflatables on rock or dirt.

Supervision
Schools generally provide supervision. FTPR attendants are available for $45 per hour per attendant, based on manufacturer attendant guidelines.
We can also provide W-9s, certificates of insurance, additional-insured documentation when required, school/district vendor forms, purchase-order support and tax-exempt purchasing documentation.
When Should You Book a School Carnival?
Fall carnival scheduling is generally more flexible than spring Field Day scheduling, but Fridays remain popular. Schools and PTA/PTO groups that can consider Thursday or another weekday often have more date options.
If your event date is fixed, reserving earlier gives you a better chance of getting the specific mix of games, inflatables and concessions you want instead of building around what remains available.
